Compatibility Made to Last

For one, I cannot say I’m downright satisfied living alone and remain an honest woman. However, I’m not unhappy about it, either. I merely mention it in this blog as an intriguing piece of info introducing what I will shortly reveal to you

This time last week I was talking to Stacey, pondering about joining Great Expectations Dallas. Now, I sit to each of you as a surprisingly pleased member of the singles network. Totally, it’s true. It’s great! If you’ve been paying attention, you’re probably thinking, “You totally owe me an explanation.”

So, I saw this Great Expectations Dating site and felt encouraged. They’re for the honest singles who know dating isn’t a game.

‘Cause I’d never been too big on what a lot of singles call “Dating.” I heard it all the time. Each night friends ask, “You’re still single? ” and “You should date!”

“That’s rubbish,” I reply, without missing a beat. “There’s nothing to date!”

“Not true,” they reply. “That’s just an excuse for your cynicism.”

That’s just my sister (she’s the best) (hehe) Stacey Wilson. She offers rational thought directly to my core 99% of the time. Loved ones you can trust for fresh advice. She made a good point, and I joined.

Back to the message of this post. As I selected from thousands of outfits (hah) and desirable, honest singles for my first singles event with Great Expectations, I realized something honest. For years, I hadn’t had the greatest of figurative great expectations for dating in the serendipitous journey of being alive. It’s good to be single, especially when you get out there and have fun. Holding great expectations makes a difference in dating.
